Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Mowpen Brow, High Legh, Knutsford – From the junction of West Lane to Crabtree Lane
Wrenshot Lane, High Legh, Knutsford – For the full extent
Broadoak Lane, High Legh, Knutsford – From the junction of Wrenshot Lane to the junction of Peacock Lane
Crabtree Lane, High Legh, Knutsford – From the junction of Mowpen Brow to the Dairy

This order will come into operation on Wednesday 14th October 2026 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 29th January 2027.

– Manchester Road, Wilmslow
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Manchester Road, Wilmslow – For the full extent
The alternative route will be via Dean Row Road, Dean Row Road Roundabout, Dean Row Link, Dean Row Roundabout, Maclean Way, Bollin Valley Roundabout, Bollin Valley Link, Manchester Road Roundabout and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 5th October 2026 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 29th March 2027

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Windermere Road, Wilmslow – From Derwent Drive to Coniston Drive
The alternative route will be via Derwent Drive and Coniston Drive and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Tuesday 20th October 2026 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 30th October 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Well Bank Lane, Peover Superior And Snelson – From the junction of Mill Lane to the junction of Cinder Lane.
The alternative route will be via Cinder Lane, Boundary Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 14th September 2026 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 25th September 2026.
