ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

B992 - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

“The Aberdeenshire Council (B992 Commercial Road, Insch – 14.09.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 14.09.26 for 10 days (excluding weekend) and will prohibit any person from driving on the B992 Commercial Road, Insch from the junction with the B9002 to Bridge of Rothney

Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.

The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during sewer repairs. An alternative route is available via High Street and South Road. Details of the restriction can be viewed online at https://online.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/apps/roadworks/
