RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darnau hynny o’r ffyrdd a noder isod:
1. Ffordd Di-Ddosbarth a adwaenir fel Ffordd y Môr, Abermaw o’i gyffordd gyda Rhodfa’r Môr gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol hyd at y gyffordd gyda Fofrdd y Delyn, Abermaw.
2. Ffordd Di-Ddosbarth a adwaenir fel Rhodfa’r Môr, Abermaw o’i gyffordd gyda Ffordd y Traeth gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol hyd at y gyffordd gyda Ffordd y Môr, Abermaw.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar gyfer gwaith ar ran Scottish Power.
Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol ar Ffordd y Delyn a throi i’r chwith yn y gyffordd gyda’r Promenâd i deithio mewn cyfeiriad de ddwyreiniol. Yn y gyffordd ger Canolfan Hamdden y Pafiliwn, troi i’r chwith i deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 19eg o Hydref 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na thair mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 33 diwrnod.

TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
SECTION 14(1) AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(UNCLASSIFIED ROADS KNOWN AS MARINE ROAD AND MARINE PARADE
, BARMOUTH ) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along those lengths of roads noted below.
1. Unclassified Road known as Marine Road, Barmouth from its junction with Marine Parade travelling north westerly up to the junction with North Avenue, Barmouth.
2. Unclassified Road known as Marine Parade, Barmouth from its junction with Beach Road travelling north westerly up to the junction with Marine Road, Barmouth. 
The Order is necessary for works on behalf of Scottish Power.
The alternative route is to travel south westerly on North Avenue and turn left at the junction with the Promenade to travel south easterly. At the junction by the Pavilion Leisure Centre, turn left to travel north easterly up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.
The Order comes into effect on the 19th October, 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding three months or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 33 days.
