Gellir anfon unrhyw sylwadau am neu wrthwynebiadau i’r gorchymyn at y Prif Swyddog, Cyfraith a Llywodraethiant, Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Y Rhadyr, Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA erbyn 13 Hydref 2026 fan bellaf. Gofynnir i chi nodi ar ba sail y cânt eu gwneud.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDERS
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 - SECTION 26 & S118
MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
DUFFRYN FARM
PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 93, 113 AND 115,LLANOVER
PUBLIC PATH ORDERS 2026
The above Orders were made on the 15th September 2026 under sections 26 and 118 of the Highways Act 1980.
Creation Order: The effect of the Order will be to create parts of new Public Footpaths: Footpath 115, From point A (SO36211449) North North Westerly for 165 metres to a gate and culvert at Point F (SO36131463). From F North Westerly for 75 metres to point G (SO36081469). From G North Westerly for 100 metres to footpath 113 at point H (SO35991474) All at a width of 2m and as shown on the order map.Footpath 113 From Point C Westerly for 32 metres to footpath 93 at Point E (SO35931471).
Extinguishment Order: The effect of the order will be to extinguish parts of public footpaths: Footpath 115 From Point A SO36211449) North Westerly for 325 metres to point B (SO35961469) All as shown on the order map. Footpath 113 From B Northerly for 25 metres to point C. Footpath 93 From Point B for 32 metres to Point D (SO35931468). From D Northerly for 24 metres to Point E.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at The Abergavenny Commmunity Hub, Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny, NP7 5EU.Opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:00. Friday 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 16:30 Saturday 09:00 – 13:00. Copies of the Order and map are available free of charge.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Chief officer, Law and Governance, Monmouthshire County Council, The Rhadyr, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA not later than 13th October 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Monmouthshire County Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
