NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Local Inquiry will be held by an Inspector appointed for the purpose by the Secretary of State for Transport into his proposal to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an irregular shaped eastern part width of Newcastle Road at Madeley, in the Borough of Newcastle Under Lyme in order to enable development to be carried out as permitted by Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council under reference 20/00971/FUL.
THE INQUIRY will be held at The Madeley Centre, New Road, Madeley, CW3 9DN commencing at 10:00am on 30 September 2026.
