(Pentland Terrace) (Temporary Road Restriction and Traffic Regulation) Order 2026 – TEMP/26/140
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate Scottish Water lead replacement works, no person shall except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of Pentland Ter, east side, from the extended south kerbline of Riselaw Pl southwards for 55m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected section of road described. The Order shall have effect from 07/09/26 to 15/09/26.
