(India Street) (Temporary Road Restriction and Traffic Regulation) Order 2026 – TEMP/26/138
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for Scottish Power new cable connections, no person shall except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of india St, west side, from the extended north kerbline of Jamaica St W, southwards for 15m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected section of road described. The Order shall have effect from 08/09/26 to 21/09/26.
