(3) Area 6: To prohibit, with certain exceptions, any vehicle from waiting:- (A) Between 5pm-10pm - Mondays-Fridays Incl. & 10am-6pm - Saturdays- Sundays - August to June Incl. on: Lambeth Road: (a) north side, from a point 48m east of its junction with Commercial Road in an easterly direction to a point 38m west of its junction with Stanley Road; & (b) south side, from a point 59.5m east of its junction with Commercial Road in an easterly direction to a point 13.5m west of its junction with Stanley Road; & Smith Street: (a) west side, from its junction with Leison Street in a southerly direction to a point 11.5m north of its junction with Latham Street; & (b) east side, from its junction with Foley Street in a southerly direction to a point 11.5m north of its junction with Latham Street.
