NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U8098 Underwood Road from its junction with A695 Riding Mill Main Road through Village heading in a south eastwards direction for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 5th October 2026 until the 9th October 2026.
It is expected that the road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 9th October 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

U8283 STONYBANK WAY PRUDHOE (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U8283 Stonybank Way from its junction with U8282 Bowlers Hill heading in a westwards direction for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 5th October 2026 until the 26th March 2027.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 5th October 2026 until the 16th October 2026 between the hours of 08:00 & 17:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 26th March 2027.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via A695, U8282 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B6307 Dilston to Hexham from its junction with A695 Hexham to Dilston heading in a south westwards direction for a distance of 2850 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 5th October 2026 until the 26th March 2027.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 5th October 2026 until the 9th October 2026 between the hours of 08:00 & 17:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 26th March 2027.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via A695, B6305, B6306, C282, C278, C280, B6307 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B6318 Chollerford to Brunton Crossroads from its junction with Wall Tynedale District Footpath 014 heading in a north westwards’ direction for a distance of 120 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 27th September 2026 until the 11th October 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 27th September 2026 between the hours of 09:30 & 15:00; however, the order will remain in place until the 11th October 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the Order is in force being via B6318, A6079, A69, C234, C235, B6319 and vice versa. Should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B6319 Church Street from its junction with C228 North Bank heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 20 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 19th September 2026 until the 22nd September 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 19th September 2026 until the 20th September 2026 between the hours of 23:50 & 08:40 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 22nd September 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via B6319, B6318, A6079, A69, A686 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the A695 Broomhaugh to Stocksfield from its junction with B6309 Stocksfield To Mowden Hall Cross Roads heading in a eastwards direction for a distance of 1320 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 21st September 2026 until the 30th September 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 21st September 2026 until the 25th September 2026 between the hours of 22:00 & 08:00 and from the 28th September 2026 until the 30th September 2026 between the hours of 22:00 & 08:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 30th September 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via A695, A68, A69, A1 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U8158 Cowden Junction to Carrycotts Hall Junction from its junction with A68 Five Lane Ends to Ridsdale heading in a north eastwards direction for its entire length.
C210 Cowden Junction to Cheviot Farm Junction from its junction with A68 Five Lane Ends to Ridsdale heading in a eastwards direction for a length of 2200 metres.
U5011 Colt Crag Junction to Kirkwhelpington Junction from its junction with C210 Cowden Junction to Cheviot Farm Junction heading in a north eastwards direction for a length of 3700 metres.
The Order is to be effective from the 21st September 2026 until the 18th December 2026.
It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 21st September 2026 until the 20th November 2026 the road will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 18th December 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via U5011, U5013, B6342, A68 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The Order is to be effective from the 21st September 2026 until the 23rd September 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 21st September 2026 between the hours of 09:30 & 15:30 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 23rd September 2026.

U8311 HIGH SHIELD JUNCTION TO WYDON BURN COTTAGE, HEXHAM TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This is in accordance with section 15(8) of said Act and Regulation 7 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 in that the following restrictions will continue to be in force:
Temporary Road Closure:
The U8311 High Shield junction to Wydon Burn Cottage, Hexham from its point 200 metres west of its junction with C282 Dipton Mill Road in a south-westerly direction for a length of 25 metres (“the Road”) in the County of Northumberland.
There is no alternative route for traffic.
The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water to repair a leak.
