(Bedwell Crescent, Stevenage) (Restriction Of Waiting) - Order 2026 - (Lismore, Longfields, Oakfields And Oakfields Close, Stevenage) (Restriction Of Waiting) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the STEVENAGE BOROUGH COUNCIL, acting as agents for the Hertfordshire County Council and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police proposes to make the above-named Order under Sections 1, 2, and 3 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The Borough of Stevenage (Bedwell Crescent) (Restriction of Waiting) Order 2026 is proposed to avoid danger to persons or traffic using the road and prevent the likelihood of any such danger arising; to facilitate the passage of traffic on the road; preserve and improve the amenity of the area; and prevent and relieve the congestion of traffic, its effect would be to prohibit waiting at any time in parts of Bedwell Crescent adjacent to its junction with Fairlands Way as shown on the plan and as listed in the schedule of the Order.
