PETERHEAD – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Kinmundy Road, Peterhead – 14.09.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate from 14.09.26 for 3 weeks and will prohibit any person from driving on Kinmundy Road, Peterhead.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to gas works. An alternative route is available via Kinmundy Road, Longside Road, Meethill Road and vice versa.
