NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Sections 1, 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46A, 49, 51, 53 and 124(1)(c), (d) (f) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
No waiting at any time on parts of Ecclesall Road
No loading at any time on parts of Ecclesall Road
And remove
No waiting at any time on parts of Ecclesall Road
No waiting Monday to Friday 07:30 to 09:30 and 16:00 to 18:30 on parts of Ecclesall Road
No loading Monday to Friday 07:30 to 09:30 and 16:00 to 18:30 on parts of Ecclesall Road
Paid-for parking places Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00 and Sat 08:00 to 18:30 maximum 4 hours stay on parts of Ecclesall Road
Paid-for parking places Monday to Friday 09:30 to 16:00, Sat 08:00 to 18:30 maximum 2 hours stay on parts of Ecclesall Road

PUBLIC NOTICE
ECCLESALL ROAD - PROPOSED PUFFIN CROSSING
Notice is hereby given that Sheffield City Council in exercise of its powers and having consulted with the Chief of Police under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers propose to install a Puffin crossing as listed below:
1 Puffin Crossing on Ecclesall Road – 6 metres north east of its junction with the north eastern kerb line of Botanical Road. The extent of the crossing and its zig zag ‘no stopping’ lines extend from a point 5.8 metres south west of its junction with the south western kerb line of Botanical Road for a distance of 45 metres in a north easterly direction.
This measure is aimed at improving road safety for pedestrians on Ecclesall Road.
