SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION
OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
ALEXANDRA WALK, BRIDLINGTON
Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire
Council intends not less than seven days from the date
of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along
Alexandra Walk, Bridlington from its junction with the
B1254 Flamborough Road commencing 6 October
2026 at 20.00 hours until 8 October 2026 at 05.00
hours to allow for survey works. The road closure
is necessary to enable the works to be carried out
in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of
the public. The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is
anticipated that the works will be completed within
two days. The alternative route for traffic affected by
the road closure will be via: N/A access only.
The diversion route will be signed at the time of
closure. The road will be closed to all through
traffic but access will be maintained for residents,
emergency vehicles and pedestrians.
