NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 5 March 2026 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the effect of which was to close part of footpath No.14 to facilitate public health and safety during construction works, has been further continued.
WHEN: 13 September 2026 to 12 March 2027.
WHERE: Footpath No.14 from the junction with Footpath No.13 to its termination southwest of Meadow View. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: No alternative route is recommended. During the closure period access will be maintained when - ever reasonably possible on the affected length of footpath. The footpath will be re-opened as soon as the work is finished.
