PARISH OF CLAVERDON PUBLIC FOOTPATH SD176 (PART)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026

The above Order, made on 12 August 2026 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the length of footpath commencing at Point I, as indicated on the Order Map, (Grid Reference 419770 265291) and running in a generally northerly direction for a distance of approximately 69 metres to Point H (Grid Reference 419772 265360) then running in a generally north westerly direction for approximately 63 metres to Point G (Grid Reference 419722 265397) and continuing in a generally easterly direction for approximately 46 metres to Point F (Grid Reference 419677 265403).

A copy of the Order and Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Council Offices, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except bank Holidays). Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at a price of £5.00

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Tony Perks, Deputy Chief Executive, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6HX not later than NOON on 17 September 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Stratford-on-Avon District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If any Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food & Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
