LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(CHERRY WILLINGHAM – CROFT LANE) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT ORDER 20
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be introduce:
• No Waiting at Any Time on sections of Croft Lane and Hawthorn Road.
• No Waiting & No Loading on the eastern side of Croft Lane Mon-Fri 8-9.30am and 2.30-4pm.
• Mandatory School Keep Clear markings adjacent to the school Mon-Fri 8-9.30am and 2.30-4pm.
• Bus Stop Clearways in the vicinity of properties 58 & 60 and in the layby adjacent to the school will ensure unrestricted access for scheduled bus services by prohibiting the stopping, waiting and loading of any vehicle except a bus.
The clearways will be in operation between the hours of Mon-Fri 7am to 8pm Exemptions are included on the no waiting at any time which will permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
