What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984- Section (14.1)

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

Ordnance Road EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "At any time" on 17 September 2026 for 1 day or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Suspend parking on the northern side of the road from its junction with Titchfield Road for approximately 30 metres to outside No. 118.

Bridport Road N18
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Railway Works
Operational Date And Times: "At any time" on 17 September 2026 for 22 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Close this road and suspend parking on both sides of the road from its junction with Gloucester Road for approximately 45 metres eastwards to the railway bridge.

The Birches N21
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 17 September 2026 for 2 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Close this road and suspend parking on both sides of the road, from its junction with Holly Hill to its junction with Willow Walk.

Gilbert Street, Hertford Road EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: Between 09:00 -15:00 on 20 September 2026 for 1 day or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Gilbert Street
- Close the road from its junction with Hertford Road EN3 for approximately 25m west.
Hertford Road EN3
- Close the southbound cycle lane outside Nos. 595 to 605.

Westpole Avenue EN4
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "between 09:00 -18:00" on 20 September 2026 for 1 day or until works are completed.
The Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- close this road and suspend parking on both sides of the road from its junction with Kent Drive to a point aligned with the shared boundary between Nos. 151 and 153, for approximately 60m.

Browning Road, Lancaster Road EN2
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 21 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
Browning Road
- Close this road at its junction with Lancaster Road.
Lancaster Road
- Suspend parking on the northern side of the road, from the existing restrictions at the junction with Browning Road to a point aligned with the western boundary of number 109, Lancaster Road Centre.

Dendridge Close EN1
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "At any time" on 21 September 2026 for 9 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Suspend parking on both sides of the road a point aligned with the shared boundary of numbers 101 and 102 to the side of number 97, for approximately 60 metres.

Radcliffe Road N21
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 21 September 2026 for 10 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Suspend parking on both sides of the road from the existing restrictions at the junction with Station Road for approximately 40m northwards, to a point aligned with the shared boundary of numbers 3 and 5.

Raynton Road EN3 (No.3)
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 21 September 2026 for 5 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Suspend parking on both sides of the road from a point aligned with the eastern boundary of No. 39, eastwards through the north-east junction radius of Raynton Road, for approx. 110m to a point aligned outside and opposite the entrance to Coverdale Court.

Firs Lane N21
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Dates And Times: "At any time" on 22 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Suspend parking on both sides of the road from a point aligned with the shared boundary of Nos. 1B and 3, for approximately 62 metres, to a point aligned with the eastern boundary of No. 33.

Carlton Avenue N14
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Works
Operational Date And Times: "between 09:30 - 15:00" on 23 September 2026 for 3 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Close this road at its junction with Prince George Avenue.

Duck Lees Lane EN3
Reason for 14(1) Order – Essential Utility Works
Operational Date And Times: "At any time" on 23 September 2026 for 4 days or until works are completed.
The General Effect Of The Order Would Be To:
- Close this road to westbound traffic from its junction with Mollison Avenue.
- Suspend parking from the existing restrictions at its junction with Mollison Avenue to a point aligned with the common boundary of Nos. 9 and 11.
