HYSBYSIR bod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd, yn bwriadu gwneud cais i'r Llys Ynadon yn Sgwâr Neuadd y Dref, Llanelli, SA15 3AW ddydd Gwener, 9fed o Hydref 2026 am 12 hanner dydd, am orchymyn i gau:

1. y darn o'r Ffordd Ddiddosbarth (Cyfeirnod U4361) o Ffordd Pantyblodau yn y dwyrain, gan ddechrau i'r gorllewin o'r eiddo a elwir 'Glan y Nant' a pharhau tua'r gorllewin ac yna'r gogledd-orllewin am oddeutu 1.25 cilometr a gorffen wrth ffin ddeheuol gorsaf Dwr Cymru Cyfyngedig; a'r

2. darn o'r Ffordd Ddiddosbarth (Cyfeirnod U2136) sy'n arwain o'r Ffordd Ddiddosbarth (Cyfeirnod U4361) i gyfeiriad y de am oddeutu 348 o fetrau hyd at y gyffordd â'r Ffordd Dosbarth III (Cyfeirnod C2136); a'r

3. darn o'r Ffordd Dosbarth III (Cyfeirnod C2136) o oddeutu 44 o fetrau i'r gorllewin o'r gyffordd â'r Ffordd Ddiddosbarth (Cyfeirnod U4361) i gyfeiriad y dwyrain am oddeutu 726 o fetrau, ger ffin orllewinol yr eiddo a elwir 'Cwm-bach',

(y cyfeirir atynt gyda'i gilydd fel "y Briffordd"), o dan Adran 116(4) o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 ar y sail nad oes eu hangen ar gyfer cerbydau modur, ond bod hawliau llwybr ceffylau (cerddwyr, marchogaeth ceffylau ond gan eithrio coetsis a dynnir gan geffylau, a beiciau pedal) ar y Briffordd yn cael eu cadw.

Gellir gweld cynllun, sy'n dangos y Briffordd sydd i'w chau wedi ei groeslinellu'n goch, nail ai:

• yn HWB Gwasanaeth Cwsmeriaid Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn Rhif 41 Stryd y Cei, Rhydaman SA18 3BS yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol; neu

• ar wefan Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin ar https://www.sirgar.llyw.cymru/cartref/cyngor-a-democratiaeth/hysbysiadau-cyhoeddus.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ORDER TO STOP UP A HIGHWAY SECTION 116 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

TAKE NOTICE that Carmarthenshire County Council, as the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court, sitting at the Town Hall Square, Llanelli SA15 3AW on Friday 9th October 2026 at 12 noon, for an order that:

1. the length of the Unclassified Road (Reference U4361) from Pantyblodau Road in the east, starting west of the property known as ‘Glan y Nant’ and continuing in a westerly then north-westerly direction for approximately 1.25 kilometres and ending at the southern boundary of the Welsh Water Limited station; and

2. the length of the Unclassified Road (Reference U2136) leading from the Unclassified Road (Reference U4361) in a southerly direction for approximately 348 metres and its junction with the Class III Road (Reference C2136); and

3. the length of the Class III Road (Reference C2136) from approximately 44 metres west of its junction with the Unclassified Road (Reference U4361) in an easterly direction for approximately 726 metres, adjacent to the western boundary of the property known as ‘Cwm-bach’,

(collectively referred to as “the Highway”) be stopped up under Section 116(4) of the Highways Act 1980 on the ground that they are unnecessary for motor vehicles, but that a reservation be made for bridleway rights (pedestrian, horse riding but excluding horse-drawn carriages, and pedal cycling) to continue over the Highway.

A plan showing the extent of the Highway to be stopped up cross-hatched red, may either be examined:

• at Carmarthenshire County Council’s Customer Service HWB located at No.41 Quay Street, Ammanford SA18 3BS during usual office hours; or

• on Carmarthenshire County Council’s website at https://www.carmarthenshire.gov.wales/council-democracy/public-notices.
