What is happening?

The City of Edinburgh Council

(Belford Road area) (no. 2) (Temporary Road Restriction and Traffic regulation) order 2026 - Temp/26/93

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate footway improvement works, no person shall except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of: (i) belford rd, both sides, from 4m west of the extended east kerbline of Douglas Gdns Mews, westwards & then south-westwards to the extended north-east building line of property number 4 Belford Ter (Belford Rd); & (ii) douglas gdns, both sides, from the extended south-east kerbline of Belford Rd, southeastwards, to the extended south-east building line of property number 1 Douglas Gdns. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected sections of roads described.

The Order shall have effect from 06/09/26 to 20/12/26.
