TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire & Humber) (No.15) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of a length of Evans Street, in the City of Sheffield. This is to enable development as permitted by Sheffield City Council under reference 25/03169/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, Transport Infrastructure Planning Casework Unit, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@ dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/6311). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Sheffield City Council, Town Hall, Pinstone Street, Sheffield S1 2HH.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 07 September 2026.
