ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH No. 13A, EXMINSTER) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.

From: Thurday, 17th September 2026

To: Tuesday, 16th March 2027

No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.

Public rights of way affected: FOOTPATH No. 13A, EXMINSTER from Chudleigh Road to the new shared path.

The alternative route is via the pavement alongside Chudleigh Road. The closure is necessary to enable development works.
