ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026 KINGS CAUSEWAY, ADLINGFLEET
Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed at a speed exceeding 30 mph along Kings Causeway, Adlingfleet at all times commencing 21 September 2026. The reason for the closure is to enable the proposed mains replacement scheme works, to be carried out and completed in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. The road closure is necessary to enable the works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 47 days.
