Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 09 September 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D1071 Woodmansterne Lane and D1072 Woodmansterne Street, Banstead and Woodmansterne. 

This Traffic Order is required to enable Sutton and East Surrey Water to carry out water mains connection and/or maintenance and/or associated works outside “No.62 Woodmansterne Lane”. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm within 5 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 14 September 2026. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. 

Access for residents, businesses and emergency services will be maintained at all times via the alternative route: – Woodmansterne Lane, Park Road, Sutton Lane, Croydon Lane, Carshalton Road, Woodmansterne Street and Woodmansterne Lane.

Skyline London to Brighton Cycle Ride
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

On 09 September 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Order, pursuant to Sections 16A and 16B of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and with the consent of the Secretary of State for Transport, which will take effect on 13 September 2026 for one day only, the effect of which will be to prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice or any parts thereof. Such restriction shall also apply in relation to the riding, leading, or driving of horses or any other animals. 

The Order is required to facilitate the holding on-road cycling event namely the “Skyline London to Brighton Cycle Ride”. The restrictions specified above will not apply to such vehicles being used in connection with the said event (including those used for traffic management purposes), or to anything done on the direction of, or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a traffic marshal, or any sign placed by Surrey police. 

Emergency access will be maintained for the police, fire brigade and ambulance services and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, water, or electronic communications, to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic. 

All parking places in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below will be suspended. Vehicular access for residents will be unaffected. The prohibitions herein will only be operative while the relevant traffic signs are displayed and it is anticipated that the temporary restrictions will take effect from 5.30am until 2:30pm, though roads will re-open when it is safe and practical to do so. 

The Council are also satisfied, in accordance with subsection (3) of Section 16A of the Act that the even to which the Order relates cannot be held otherwise than on a road. Water Lane (D281) Abinger Hammer
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 09 September 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Water Lane (D281) Abinger Hammer. Alternative Route: Water Lane, Sutton Lane, (B2126) Horsham Road, Raikes Lane, and Water Lane, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate telecom pole replacement works for, or on behalf of BT Openreach. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 22 September 2026. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. 

Smallfield Road (C66) Horley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 09 September 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Smallfield Road (C66) Horley as extends from its junction with (D336) Langshott Lane to its junction with its roundabout with (D1095) Wheatfield Way. 

Alternative Route: Smallfield Road, Weatherhill Road, Redehall Road, (B2037) Keepers Corner, (B2037) Antlands Lane, (B2036) Balcombe Road, and Smallfield Road, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate telecom pole replacement works for, or on behalf of Morrison Telecom Services Ltd. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 9.30am and 2.30pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 21 September 2026. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Run Reigate Event (Temporary Traffic Measures) Order 2026

On 09 September 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Order, pursuant to Sections 16A and 16B of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), which will take effect on 20 September 2026 for one day only, the effect of which will be to prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice or any parts thereof. 

Such restriction shall also apply in relation to the riding, leading or driving of horses or any other animals. 

The Order is required to facilitate the holding of 4 on-road running events namely the Run Reigate Half Marathon, 10K Race, 5K Race and Kids Race. 

The restrictions specified above will not apply to such vehicles being used in connection with the said event, or to anything done on the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a traffic marshal, or any sign placed by Surrey Police. 

Emergency access will be maintained for the police, fire brigade and ambulance services and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, water or electronic communications, to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic. 

No exemption will apply for disabled persons’ vehicles and all parking places in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below will be suspended.

The prohibitions herein will only be operative while the relevant traffic signs are displayed. The Council are satisfied that, in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road to which this Order relates, or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising, or for facilitating the passage of vehicular traffic on the road, vehicular access to premises situated in the roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted, save for emergency access as indicated above. 

Access for pedestrians will be unaffected. It is anticipated that the temporary closures will take effect from 8am until 2pm, though roads will re-open when it is safe and practical to do so. 

The Council are also satisfied, in accordance with subsection (3) of Section 16A of the Act, that the event to which the Order relates cannot be held otherwise than on a road. Alternative routes will be signed and access to Westvale Park will be maintained by suspending the prohibition of turn/entry to and from Webber Street from Meath Green Lane at its northernmost junction, imposed by The Meath Green Lane (D334) and Webber Street Horley (Prohibition of Turn and Entry and Revocation) Order 2022.

Chichele Road (D442) Oxted
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 09 September 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Chichele Road (D442) Oxted. Alternative Route – Barrow Green Road; and Bluehouse Lane or this same route in reverse. 

This 12-month Temporary Traffic Order which commences on 27 September 2026 is required to facilitate mains gas replacement works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of SGN within the length of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be as soon as possible over 6 weeks between the hours of 8am and 5pm and are anticipated to be carried out in three stages. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will operate only when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will operate only when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.

Chipstead Lane (C139) and Monkswell Lane (D1162) Chipstead
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 4 September 2026, Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of 1. Chipstead Lane (C139) Chipstead as extends from its junction with Brighton Road (A217) to its junction with Monkswell Lane (D1162); and 2. Monkswell Lane (D1162) Chipstead as extends from its junction with Chipstead Lane (C139) to the western boundary of “8, May Cottages”.

Alternative route – A217 (Brighton Road), Babylon Lane, High Road and White Hill, or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enabl e SGN to facilitate gas main replacement and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 21 September 2026 for 3 weeks between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services and residents will be maintained either side of but not through the works site. 

Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access for dismounted equestrians will be maintained when it is safe to do so.

Bridge Street (D2885) Leatherhead
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 4 September 2026, Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Bridge Street (D2885) Leatherhead as extends from its junction with North Street (D2885) to its junction with Minchin Close (D1162).

Alternative route – clockwise: Leatherhead Bridge, Guildford Road, B2122 (Waterway Road), A245 (Station Road, Station Approach Road, Randalls Road and Bull Hill) and North Street. Anti-clockwise: North Street, A245 (Station Road), B2122 (Waterway Road), Guildford Road and Leatherhead Bridge.

This Order is required to enable UKPN to facilitate installation of service cables and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 20 September 2026 for 1 day between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services and residents will be maintained either side of but not through the works site. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

Shepherds Hill (B2031) Merstham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 4 September 2026, Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Shepherds Hill (B2031) Merstham as extends from its junction with London Road North (A23) to its junction with Beech Road (X25140).

Alternative route – A23 (London Road North), Dean Lane and B2031 (Alderstead Lane and Shepherds Hill), or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to enable National Highways to facilitate a bridge inspection and associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 22 September 2026 2 weeks between the hours of 9.00pm and 6.00am. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Punchbowl Lane (D2857) Dorking
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Punchbowl Lane (D2857) Dorking as extends from its junction with (D305) Tilehurst Lane to its junction with (D301) Chart Lane South. 

Alternative Route: Chart Lane South, (A24) Deepdene Avenue, (A25) Reigate Road, and Punchbowl Lane, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate mains water connection works for, or on behalf of SES Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 28 September 2026. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency service vehicles, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to follow the signed diversion route. No sole access is affected by this closure.

Meath Green Lane (D334) Horley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.4) 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Meath Green Lane (D334) Horley as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “The Cottage” to its junction with (X9369) Hoadley Road; (b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Meath Green Lane (D334) Horley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in part (a) of this Notice. 

Alternative Route: (1) Meath Green Lane, Lodge Lane, (A23) Bonehurst Road, (A23) Balcombe Road, (A23) Brighton Road, Horley Row, and Meath Green Lane; (2) Meath Green Lane, Horley Row, (A23) Brighton Road, (A23) Bonehurst Road, Lodge Lane, and Meath Green Lane. This Order is required to facilitate mains water connection works for, or on behalf of SES Water. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 28 September 2026. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency service vehicles, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

All other vehicular traffic will be required to follow the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Waterway Road (B2122) and Guildford Road (B2122) and (D2885) Fetcham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule of this Notice; (b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Guildford Road (D2885) Fetcham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026” insofar as it affects that length of road in the schedule of this Notice. 

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate drainage improvement works, and/ or other associated works, which are anticipated to be carried out over 7 weeks and will be carried out as soon as possible within the 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 28 September 2026. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, and suspension, which are anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. 

Due to the nature of the works, there will be no vehicular access through the closures, and all traffic, including emergency service vehicles will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.

Schedule
(a) that length of the north eastbound carriageway of (B2122) Waterway Road from its junction with (B2122) Waterway Roundabout and for a distance of 87 metres. Alternative Route: (B2122) Guildford Road, (A246) Young Street, (A24) By-Pass Road, (B2122) Epsom Road, (B2122) Leret Way, (A245) Bull Hill, (A245) Station Road, (B2122) Waterway Road, (B2122) Roundabout at Waterway Road, and (B2122) Guildford Road.

(b) that length of the north eastbound carriageway of Guildford Road (B2122) Fetcham as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “United Technologies House” to its junction with the roundabout (B2122) Waterway Road. Alternative Route: (B2122) Guildford Road, (A246) Young Street, (A24) By-Pass Road, (B2122) Epsom Road, (B2122) Leret Way, (A245) Bull Hill, (A245) Station Road, (B2122) Waterway Road, (B2122) Roundabout at Waterway Road, and (B2122) Guildford Road.

(c) that length of Guildford Road (D2885) Fetcham as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “Wallis Mews” to its junction with (B2122) Roundabout at Waterway Road. Alternative Route: (1) (B2122) Roundabout at Waterway Road, (B2122) Waterway Road, (A245) Station Road, (A245) Station Approach Road, (A245) Randalls Road, (A245) Bull Hill, North Street, Bridge Street, and Leatherhead Bridge; (2) Leatherhead Bridge, Bridge Street, North Street, (A245) Station Road, and (B2122) Waterway Road.

Ninehams Close (D1391) Caterham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Ninehams Close (D1391) Caterham. 

This Order is to facilitate major civil works of the soakaway within the carriageway and/ or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of Surrey County Council. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 8 weeks, between the hours of 9am and 4pm, within the 18-month period of operation of the Temporary Order that commences on 28 September 2026. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

Access may be restricted while works are taking place. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time, under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. 

There is no alternative route for this closure. There is no alternative route for this closure.

Blanchmans Road (D1355) Warlingham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Blanchmans Road (D1355) Warlingham as extends from its junction with The Court (X35221) to its junction with Hawthorne Close (X10098).

Alternative route – B269 (Limpsfield Road), Gresham Avenue and Farm Road, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to enable SES Water to facilitate a new water connection and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 5 October 2026 for 1 week, between the hours of 8.00am and 4.30pm. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency services and residents will be maintained either side of but not through the works site. Access for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Eastbourne Road (A22) South Godstone
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 
1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Eastbourne Road (A22) South Godstone as extends from its junction with Eastbourne Road (B2236) to the centreline of the railway bridge at South Godstone Station; and 

2. suspend “The Surrey County Council Various in Tandridge Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2025” insofar as it relates to the length of Eastbourne Road described in 1.

Alternative route – A22 (Eastbourne Road), A264 (Copthorne Road, Snow Hill, Copthorne Common Road and Copthorne Way), A2011 (Crawley Avenue), A23 (London Road and Brighton Road), A217 (Reigate Road, Dovers Green Road, Cockshot Hill and Bell Street), A25 (clockwise only – High Street, London Road and Castlefield Road, anti-clockwise only – Bancroft Street, all – Church Street, Reigate Road, Hatchlands Way, Linkfield Corner, Station Road, Queenway and London Road), A23 (Princess Way and Marketfield Way), A25 (Redstone Hill, Nutfield Road, High Street, Bletchingley Road, Castle Street, High Street, Godstone Road, Bletchingley Road (anti-clockwise only), Godstone Green (clockwise only), High Street and Oxted Road) and A22 (Godstone By-Pass), or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enable the Council to facilitate major maintenance and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 9 October 2026 for 10 days, between the hours of 8.00pm and 6.00am.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

Station Road and Pebble Hill Road (B2032) Betchworth
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Station Road and Pebble Hill Road (B2032) Betchworth as extends from the junction of Station Road with Reigate Road (A25) to the access for “Dawcombe”.

Alternative route – B2032 (Dorking Road), B2090 (Mill Road), A217 (Brighton Road, Reigate Hill and London Road), A25 (London Road, West Street, Buckland Road and Reigate Road), or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to enable the Council to facilitate signage works, tactile pavement installation and associated works. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 1 October 2026 for 5 days. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

The Surrey County Council Public Bridleway No. 84 (Woldingham) Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026 was made on the grounds of public safety due to works being undertaken on or near the highway. The Order came into operation on 24 August 2026. 

It was due to expire on 24 September 2026 but has now been continued in force by the Secretary of State for Transport until 26 October 2026 or until the completion of the works, whichever is earlier.

The Order as continued prohibits all traffic on foot or by any other means from entering or proceeding in that length of Public Bridleway 84 Woldingham from grid ref: 535739 157116 heading southeast to grid ref: 536075 157050.

The prohibition described above will only be operative while the County Council, or an authorised person acting on its behalf, displays signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002 (S.I. 2002 No. 3113) prohibiting the said movements. Access to properties will not be affected.

The alternative route for horses and cyclists from grid ref: 535739 157116 will be to cross the road, then follow Public Bridleway 159 (Woldingham) northeast for 342 metres. Then join Halliloo Valley Road and continue northeast for 283 metres to Public Bridleway 157 (Woldingham). Follow the bridleway south for 302 metres then west for 110 metres to Hilltop Walk. Follow Hilltop Walk south, then southwest then north then west to grid ref: 536075 157050. 

The alternative route for pedestrians from grid ref: 535739 157116 will be to cross the road and follow Public Bridleway 159 (Woldingham) northeast for 482 metres to Public Footpath 42 (Woldingham). Head south on the footpath for 230 metres to Beulah Walk. Head southwest on Beulah Walk then follow Hilltop Walk west to grid ref: 536075 157050.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026

On 3 September 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned temporary order, the effect of which is to prohibit all traffic on foot or by any other means from entering or proceeding along that length of Public Bridleway 91 Limpsfield from grid ref: 540280 152439 heading south west to grid ref: 540208 152166.

The Order is necessary in the interest of public safety due to works being undertaken on or near the highway. The closure will be in operation for a period of two months from 7 September 2026 or until completion of the works, if earlier. That period can be extended by the Secretary of State for Transport if required.

The temporary closure will only be in operation when appropriate road traffic signs are displayed on site by the County Council or an authorised person acting on its behalf. Access to properties will not be affected.

There is no alternative route.
The Public Bridleway 91 Limpsfield Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026 was made by the County Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
