Devon County Council (Various Roads, East Devon) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2026

Devon County Council made this on 9 September to come into force 9 September for Exmouth & Lympstone to introduce Restricted Road (30mph by virtue of street lighting) on specified lengths of Dinan Way Link & Exmouth Road; introduce 40mph on a specified length of New Link Road; revoke 40mph Speed Limit on a specified length of Exmouth Road (to revert to restricted road (30mph by virtue of streetlighting)). The order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below.
