Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio ffordd a elwir yn trac o Benrhiw Bach i Bodingau, sy’n ymestyn i gyfeiriad y dwyrain o bwynt 100 metr i’r dwyrain o’i chyffordd gyda’r ffordd a elwir yn ffordd Pen Rhiw Fawr i gyffordd Tyn Celyn am bellter o 240 metr.

Mae’n rhaid cau’r ffordd er mwyn caniatáu i OCU Utility Services Ltd osod cebl trydan newydd ar ran Scottish Power.

Bydd y ffordd yn agored i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd ffordd Pen Rhiw Fawr Road i gyffordd Tyn Celyn, Wern Shade i Tyn Celyn, Ffordd Pen Rhiw Bach o Wern Shade i Benrallt.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 14 Medi 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 16 Hydref 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TRACK NEAR CYFFYLLIOG

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council has made an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of road known as track from Penrhiw Bach to Bodingau which extends eastward from a point 100 metres east of its junction with the road known as Pen Rhiw Fawr road to Tyn Celyn junction for a distance of approximately 240 metres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate installation of new electrical cable by OCU Utility Services Ltd on behalf of Scottish Power.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The alternative route is via Pen Rhiw Fawr Road to Tyn Celyn junction, Wern Shade to Tyn Celyn, Penrhiw Bach Road from Wern Shade to Penrallt.

The Order is effective from 14 September 2026 for an eighteen-month period, or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 16 October 2026.
