What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BINFIELD) (NO WAITING AT ANYTIME) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:

The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1.

The Order was made on the 7th September 2026 and will come into operation on the 14th September 2026.

Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected on the ‘Highways Public Notices’ page of the Council’s website www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Objections:

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 7th day of September 2026, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
