Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
PUBLIC FOOTPATH B23 IN THE PARISH OF BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Footpath closed to all traffic at grid reference SP 34183 84600 to SP 34568 84190.
Reason for Order: Because of works being carried out on or near to the path.
Order Commences: 14 September 2026 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 2 October 2026.
Access & Diversion: There is no available diversion route.

MOUNT STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Queen’s Street to Duke Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 17 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 September 2026.
Access & Diversion: Duke Street, Fife Street, Manor Court Road, Queen’s Road and vice versa.

RECTORY DRIVE & GRANT ROAD (K/A ARMSON ROAD), BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Rectory Drive – from its junction with Didsbury Road, Grant Road – from Rectory Drive to junction with Armson Road at number 96.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 14 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 September 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion for Rectory Drive. For Grant Road – Armson Road, Hayes Lane, B4113 Coventry Road, B4113 Black Bank, Rectory Drive and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
RIDGE LANE, ANSLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Replacement of decayed telegraph pole.
Order Commences: 29 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 September 2026.
Access & Diversion: Ridge Lane, Birchley Heath Road, Nuneaton Road, Coleshill Road, Pipers Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Openreach, Tel: 03700 500792.
DOWTY AVENUE, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Track laying works in carriageway.
Order Commences: 30 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 30 September 2026.
Access & Diversion: Mavor Drive, Howells Close, Cattell Way and vice versa.
Contractor: Core Highways, Tel: 0330 043 3030.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
