What is happening?
Manchester City Council proposes to make the CITY OF MANCHESTER (TREVOR STREET, CLAYTON AND OPENSHAW) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING/ LOADING/ UNLOADING AND AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following: NO WAITING AND NO LOADING AT ANY TIME Trevor Street, east side from Ashton Old Road northerly direction for 22m (extension of existing restriction).
An existing Order will be amended to be consistent with the proposals.
A copy of the proposed Order, the Order it is proposed to amend, a Statement of Reasons, and a plan showing the proposals can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or examined in person by appointment at the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Objections to the proposals must be sent in writing to phlegal@manchester. gov.uk or to the address below, stating the grounds on which they are made, no later than 1st October 2026.
