TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF
THE U6055 WIGGIN CLOSE, BARTON MILLS
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U6055 Wiggin Close, Barton Mills from no 9 to no 11 to facilitate duct works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 08/09/2026 - 09/09/2026 from 09.30am - 3.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
THE C676 PLOCH HILL, STANSFIELD
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C676 Plough Hill, Stansfield from 150 metres south of lower Green for 100 metres southbound to facilitate pole replacement and overhead cabling works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Lower Street, High Street, Clare Road, Stansfield, Stansfield Road, The Hill, The Street, Clare Road, Poslingford, the B1063, the A143, Wickham Street Road, Lower Green and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 17/09/2026 - 18/09/2026 from 9am - 5pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C668
WITHERSFIELD ROAD, GREAT THURLOW
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C668 Withersfield Road, Great Thurlow from 130 metres west of Wratting Road for 100 metres westbound to facilitate pole replacement and cabling works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1061, the A143, Withersfield Road, Haverhill, Queen Street, Turnpike Hill, Thurlow Road, Burton Hill, Rose Hill, the C668 from the B1061 to the County Boundary and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 17/09/2026 - 18/09/2026 from 9am - 5pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

THE U3407 ROAD TO HASKETON, BURGH
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U3407 Road to Hasketon, Burgh from 860 metres north of the junction with Hasketon Road for 105 metres northbound to facilitate vegetation clearance. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Hasketon Road, Boulge Road, Thistleton Hall Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 17/09/2026 - 18/09/2026 from 9am - 5pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
