Notice of Intended Disposal of Open Space Land NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government
Act 1972 that Fenland District Council intends to dispose of an area of open space being land on the north side of 86 Fenmen Place, Wisbech PE13 3FA. The extent of the land is shown coloured yellow on the plan (‘Plan’).
The intended disposal will be by way of a deed of easement in respect of a soakaway and highway drain (including gullies and their connections) shown coloured purple on the Plan where it crosses the land shown coloured yellow on the Plan.
The Plan may be inspected during normal office opening hours Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) at Fenland District Council reception located at Fenland Hall County Road March Cambridgeshire PE15 8NQ.
Any objections or representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Principal Estates Surveyor, Fenland District Council Fenland Hall, County Road, March, Cambridgeshire, PE15 8NQ or by email to btilah@fenland.gov.uk by midday on 16 September 2026.
