The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

No Waiting At Any Time
Wimberry Hill Road (East Side), Wimberry Hill Road (East side), Great Bank Road (South side) and Barrs Fold Road (both).
Additions:
No Waiting At Any Time:
Wimberry Hill Road (east), Barrs Fold Road (east), Barrs Fold Road (west) and Barrs Fold Road (west).
No Waiting 10:00pm – 6:00am
Great Bank Road (east), Great Bank Road (east), Great Bank Road (north) and Barrs Fold Road (west).

Any objections or representations should state the grounds they are made on and be sent either by email to highways@bolton.gov.uk or in writing to Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton BL1 1UA no later than 5th October 2026.
