Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darnau ffyrdd a ddisgrifir yn fwy penodol yn yr Atodlen i'r Hysbysiad hwn.
Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Bydd y gwaith hwn yn cael ei wneud fel rhan o raglen dreigl i darfu cyn lleied â phosibl. Dim ond un ffordd fydd ar gau ar unrhyw adeg.
Bydd y ffordd arall ar gyfer traffig yn cael ei phennu ac arwyddion yn cael eu gosod yn unol â hynny wrth i'r gwaith fynd rhagddo.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i Gyngor Sir
Caerfyrddin wneud gwaith plaenio a gosod wyneb newydd.

Gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd Heol Gwynfe, Llandeilo o'r gyffordd â'r C2146 Heol Bethlehem, am bellter o 223 metr i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin.
Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r de-ddwyrain o fan sydd i'r gogledd-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd mynd ar hyd yr C2146 Heol Bethlehem, yr C2140 Ffair-fach, yr C2150 Ffair-fach a Heol Gwynfe i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r de-ddwyrain o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau. I'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd-orllewin.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym wrth i beirianwyr Dŵr Cymru osod gwasanaeth prif gyflenwad dŵr newydd.
Bwriedir i'r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Iau 17 Medi 2026 tan ddydd Gwener 30 Hydref 2026.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd yr C2140 Trap, o'r gyffordd â'r C2138 Trap am bellter o 191 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain ac wedyn y de-orllewin.
Lle bo'n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain o fan sydd i'r de-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau fydd mynd ar hyd yr C2140 Trap, yr U4350 Llandyfân, yr C2137 Llandyfân a'r C2138 Trap i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i'r gogledd-orllewin o'r man lle mae'r ffordd ar gau. The County of Carmarthenshire
(C2040 Felin Pandy, Trelech – Various Roads)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the length of roads more particularly described in the Schedule to this Notice.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
These works will be carried out on a rolling programme to minimise disruption. Only one road closure will be in place at any time.
The alternative route for traffic will be determined and signed accordingly as works progress.
The Order will continue in force whilst Carmarthenshire County Council carry out planing and resurfacing works.
It is intended that the works commence on Wednesday 16th September 2026 until Thursday 24th September 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Gwynfe Road, Llandeilo)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Gwynfe Road, Llandeilo, from its junction with the C2146 Bethlehem Road for a total distance of 223 metres in a south westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south east bound traffic from a point north west of the closure will be to proceed along the C2146 Bethlehem Road, C2140 Ffairfach, C2150 Ffairfach and Gwynfe Road to return to a point south east of the closure. Vice versa for north west bound traffic.
The Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers install a new water mains service
It is intended that the works commence on Thursday 17th September 2026 to Friday 30th October 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanfair Hill, Llandovery)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Llanfair Hill, Llandovery, from its junction with the A483 Llanfair Road for a total distance of 223 metres in a south westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south west bound traffic from a point north east of the closure will be to proceed along the A483 Llanfair Road and Llanfair Hill to return to a point south west of the closure. Vice versa for north east bound traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers install a new water mains service.
It is intended that the works commence on Friday 18th September 2026 to Thursday 29th October 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.

The County of Carmarthenshire (C2140 Trapp)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the C2140 Trapp, from its junction with the C2138 Trapp for a total distance of 191 metres in a south easterly then south westerly direction.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for north east bound traffic from a point south west of the closure will be to proceed along the C2140 Trapp, U4350 Llandyfan, C2137 Llandyfan and the C2138 Trapp to return to a point north west of the closure. Vice versa for south east bound traffic.
The proposed Order will continue in force whilst Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water engineers install a new water mains service.
It is intended that the works commence on Thursday 1st October 2026 to Thursday 22nd October 2026.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
