HARLING – C154 Memorial Green from its junction with B1111 Market Street for 36m northwards to facilitate footway HRA works on 7th September 2026 (may continue until 19th October 2026). KIRBY CANE AND ELLINGHAM – U71545 Old Yarmouth Road from 40m northwest of its junction with A143 Broome Bypass for 120m westwards to facilitate new electricity supply works from 7th to 11th September 2026 (may continue until 23rd October 2026). Alternative route is via: Old Yarmouth Road, A143 Broome Bypass, Yarmouth Road (Ditchingham, Broome, Kirby Cane and Ellingham). The works promoter is UK Power Networks.

LODDON – C395 High Bungay Road from its junction with Low Bungay Road for 75m northwards to facilitate new fibre network installation works from 7th to 9th September 2026 (may continue until 21st October 2026). Alternative route is via: High Bungay Road, High Street, Church Plain, Bridge Street, George Lane, A146 Loddon Bypass. The works promoter is CityFibre.

OLD BUCKENHAM – Fen Street from 78m northwest of its junction with Barkers Lane for 24m north-westwards to facilitate environmental sensor installation and associated pipework and cabling works from 7th to 18th September 2026 (may continue until 30th October 2026). PULHAM MARKET – U76019 Wood Lane from 469m southeast of its junction with A140 Ipswich Road for 120m south-eastwards to facilitate tree cutting and pole testing works between 09:30 and 15:30 on 7th September 2026 (may continue until 19th October 2026). SHELTON AND HARDWICK – U76134 Primrose Lane from its junction with C359 The Common for 742m northwards to facilitate verge repair works on 9th September 2026 (may continue until 21st October 2026). Alternative route is via: Shelton Green, The Common. The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

SPARHAM – C198 Lyng Road from 400m north of its junction with U35065 Rectory Road for 160m northwards to facilitate pole testing works between 09:30 and 15:30 on 7th September 2026 (may continue until 19th October 2026). NB: It is anticipated that these works will take place in phases: Road A – Phase 1 is anticipated to take place from 7th September to 26th October 2026. Phase 2 is anticipated to take place from 28th September to 26th October 2026. Road B – Phase 3 is anticipated to take place from 26th October to 29th November 2026. Road C – Phase 4 is anticipated to take place from 23rd to 29th November 2026.

Unless otherwise stated, the effect of these Orders will be to prohibit the use by traffic of the named road(s)/footpath(s). In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance. Where an Order is for a reason other than works it is because of the likelihood of danger to the public or for serious damage to the road/footpath. Anticipated dates are stated but the Orders may continue until the end date where necessary or required. The Orders are revoked on the end date or on the actual date of removal of the prohibition/restriction where earlier without further notice. If necessary, the restrictions can have a maximum duration of 18 months or 6 months in respect of footpaths, cycle tracks, bridleways, restricted byways, and byways open to all traffic (BOAT), but may also be extended further by the Secretary of State.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
