(Hawkhill Drive, Cross Gates, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas mains replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways; Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel s/b along Hawkhill Dr, between Hawkhill Gdns & Cross Gates Rd. Diversionary route via Hawkhill Dr, Hawkhill Gdns, Brian Cres, Cross Gates La, Ring Rd Crossgates, Cross Gates Rd. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on 8 Sept 2026 and will remain in force for a max period of 18mths or until the works are completed if earlier. (North Parkway, Seacroft, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition & Management of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because installations of a meter, strainer and PRV are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that: 1. From 00:00hrs 19 Sept to 23:59hrs 20 Sept 2026: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along North Parkway e/b between property no. 91 and its jct with Kentmere Ave. Diversionary route via Asket Ave, Asket Dr, Boggart Hill Dr, Kentmere Ave & North Parkway, and; A suspension of the no right turn restriction on the e/b carriageway of North Parkway outside property nos. 89 and 91. Diversionary route via the suspended right turn restriction outside property nos. 89 and 91, which will facilitate egress for properties between the jct with Asket Ave and property no. 89. 2. From 00:00hrs 19 Sept for 24 hours each day for the full duration of the Order: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to turn right from the w/b carriageway onto the e/b carriageway on North Parkway just after the jct with Kentmere Ave. Diversionary route available e/b on North Parkway to the jct of Bishops Way, continuing along North Parkway onto the w/b carriageway. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation at 00:00hrs 19 Sept 2026 and will remain in force for a max period of 18 mths or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas replacement works are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Abraham Hill, Rothwell, south bound between its junctions with St Peters Av and Park West. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Abraham Hill, Churchfield Rd, Churchfield Ln, Meynell Av, Ingram Pde, Park West and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 15th September 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Tuesday 29th September 2026. The closure will be in place for 24 hrs on each day. Ref: ECO2600215

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because new electric connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Burnleys Dr, Methley, Leeds from number 11 to number 19 Burnleys Dr. No diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available but: Cul De Sac access will be maintained for residents; and Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 8th September 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because new electric connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Moseley Wood Wy, Cookridge, Leeds in the Adel & Wharfedale Ward from its junction with Moseley Wood Ave to outside numbers 4 & 6 Moseley Wood Wy. No diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available but: Cul de Sac access for residents will be maintained; and Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Wednesday 16th September 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order Leeds United

2026-27 Fixtures – Sovereign Street, Leeds

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public, in relation to the holding of football matches at Elland Rd, Leeds City Council, as traffic authority for the Leeds Metropolitan District, has today made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is that: 1. No vehicle other than for buses, shall stop or wait for a period exceeding 20 mins, on that part of Sovereign St that runs for a distance of 18m in a SW direction, from the rear of the existing coach bay restriction. 2. It will also be necessary to change the existing loading to a shared loading & taxi restriction and to prohibit the use of the northern carriageway edge of that part Sovereign St, that runs for a distance of 16m from a point 17m from its jct with Swinegate to all vehicles other than Hackney Carriages. The Order shall come into operation 3 hrs before the scheduled kick-off of each match and continue for approx 3hrs from the end of each match. Provisional match days are scheduled to take place on the following dates: 14 & 19 Sept, 17 Oct, 7 & 28 Nov, 5 & 19 Dec 2026, 2,6 & 23 Jan, 6 & 20 Feb, 3 & 13 Mar, 10 & 24 Apr, 8 & 23 May 2027. For the avoidance of doubt, the Order is intended to apply to the above fixture dates, (or any alternative re-scheduled match date, together with any FA & League Cup tie to be held at Elland Rd during the 2026-27 football season. Access for emergency services and pedestrians will be maintained to all premises situated on or adjacent to any rd or part of rd to be closed or to which restrictions apply including other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only from such a rd. (Speed Limits) (City Wide) Order 2025 – Amendment Order No.13 2025

Extension of 20mph Zones – Woodhouse Lane Gateway

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 81, 84, 85, 87, 89, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, has today made the above Amendment Order. The effect of which will be to extend existing 20MPH Zones: 1. Off A660 Woodhouse La, Blenheim Walk and to include A660 Woodhouse La, Blenheim Walk and the roads in between them, as well as the entire length of St Mark’s Rd and Blackman La. 2. Within the City Centre to include A660 Woodhouse La; from its junction with Merrion St/Great George St to its junction with Clay Pit La. Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing troteam@leeds.gov.uk. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) has today made the above Order, the effect of which will be to introduce the following restrictions within the Chapel Allerton Ward. 1. No Waiting at any Time on sections of: Garmont Rd, Gledhow Park Dr; Granton Rd; Harrogate Rd; Ingle Row; Scott Hall Rd; St Martin’s Ave/Cres/Grove/Rd; St Mary’s Road & Wensley Drive. 2025 – Amendment Order No.15 2026 A61 Jumbles Lane TRO, Ardsley & Robinhood

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) proposes to make the above Orders, the effect of which will be to introduce within the Ardsley & Robinhood Ward: 1. No Waiting at any Time on: a. The junction at Long Thorpe Lane and the A61 Leeds Road. 2. A Prohibited Left Turn from A61 Leeds Rd (southbound) into Carlton Lane.
