SALFORD CITY COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) LAND AT AMERSHAM PARK, PENDLETON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land located at Amersham Park, Pendleton. The land will continue to be used as a public park. The land subject to this notice and described above, is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan which may be inspected at the Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5AW between 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays inclusive and also on Salford City Council's website at the following address: https://www.salford.gov.uk/your-council/publicnotices/

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and sent to Angela Martens, Assistant Principal Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS, or to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 10 th October 2026.
