Glendale Road - Temporary Road Traffic Regulation Order
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (GLENDALE ROAD) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026.
The Order will introduce a road closure on Glendale Road, between the junctions of Gilda Crescent Road and Snowdon Road, Eccles, M30 9AQ. The Order is required for a sewer connection in the centre of the carriageway.
The order is due to come into operation on Monday 5th October 2026 and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 16th October 2026. The diversion routes are via Gilda Crescent Road - Snowdon Road, vice versa.
