(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

SALTERS LANE, DARLINGTON

Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:

SALTERS LANE

From a point approximately 30metres south of the southern entrance to Cummins southwards to it end

The Order is necessary while construction works take place.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 7th September 2026.
