Rodsley Lane - Temporary Road Closure To Fibre Cabling Works
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE RODSLEY LANE, WYASTON
WHEN: 28 September to 30 September 2026
WHERE: Rodsley Lane, Orchard Lane, Wyaston between entrance to Common Farm and Jct. with Main Road, Wyaston.
REASON: To facilitate fibre cabling works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Main Road, Wyaston Road, Rodsley Lane, Yeaveley Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
