(VARIATION NO. 16) ORDER 2026 - TRO/25/52
The Council on 26/08/26 made the above Order, which will come into operation on 31/08/26. The effect is as stated in The Scotsman dated 24/04/26 (TRO/25/52), with a change as approved by a Delegated Powers Report: the disabled persons’ parking place on st. alban’s rd is not to be introduced. Details of the made Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free of charge between 9:30 & 15:30 Mon-Fri from 28/08/26 to 09/10/26 at
Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 26/08/26, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
