(MONTGOMERY STREET, EAGLESHAM) TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2026
On the 28th August 2026 The East Renfrewshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to prohibit vehicles parking on a section of Montgomery Street (both sides between the properties numbered 33 and 63), Eaglesham, in order to facilitate the safe operation of OpenReach utility works on or near the road, scheduled to be carried out from 08:00 on Monday 21st September to 17:00 on Sunday 4th October 2026.
The parking prohibition will be applied to sections of the road as and when required relative to the progress of the works and will apply to all vehicles with the exception of those associated with the works and emergency vehicles attending an incident.
