What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
WILLOUGHBY CLOSE, ALCESTER
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for sewer lining in manholes.
Order Commences: 11 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 September 2026.
Access & Diversion: Willoughby Close, Birmingham Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 0330 008 0820.
KINGS COUGHTON LANE, ALCESTER
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works on sewer lining for manholes.
Order Commences: 11 September 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 September 2026.
Access & Diversion: Birmingham Road, Alcester Heath, Kings Coughton Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 0330 008 0820.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
