The Harrow (Speed Limit) (Amendment No. **) Traffic Order 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 84,124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
The general effect of the Order would be to remove the 20mph speed limit on Juxon Close, as the street has now been found to be on non-adopted highway. In the Order, Juxon Close was also referred erroneously as “Juxton Close”.
A copy of the proposed Order and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays. Copies of the proposals can also be found at www.harrow.gov.uk/trafficorders.

Persons desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof, to the Head of Traffic, Highways and Asset Management at transportation@harrow.gov.uk quoting reference 26-25 NS, within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. The deadline for objections is 23.59 hours on 23rd September 2026.
