Ar 04/09/2026 gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adrannau 9 a 10 Deddf

Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, gynnig gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn eich atal rhag gadael eich cerbyd ar unrhyw adeg heb lwytho na dadlwytho (rhwng 08:00 a 16:30 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener gan gynnwys y diwrnodau hynny) ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 14/09/2026.

Rhaid cyflwyno unrhyw wrthwynebiadau sydd gennych i’r Gorchymyn yn parhau am gyfnod amhenodol yn ysgrifenedig i’r cyfeiriad a ddangosir isod cyn hanner nos ar 14/03/2027 (neu drwy e-bost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk). Gellir rhyddhau eich gwrthwynebiad i unrhyw barti sydd â diddordeb ei archwilio. 

Mae’r Cyngor yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg a byddwn yn sicrhau ein bod yn cyfathrebu â chi yn yr iaith o’ch dewis, boed hynny yn Gymraeg, yn Saesneg neu’n ddwyieithog, cyhyd â’ch bod yn dweud wrthym pa un sydd orau gennych.

Mae copi o’r Gorchymyn, cynllun sy’n dangos yr ardaloedd yr effeithir arnynt a’r Dogfennau wedi’u Hadneuo (yn unol ag Atodlen 2 Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Traffig Awdurdodau Lleol (Gweithdrefn) (Cymru a Lloegr) 1996) ar gael i’w harchwilio ar wefan y Cyngor. NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (FAIRWATER AND LLANDAFF AREAS, CARDIFF) 
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING) (EXPERIMENTAL TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

On the 04/09/2026 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent you from waiting and loading at any time in the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

The Order will come into force on the 14/09/2026.

Any objections you may have to the Order continuing indefinitely must be submitted to me in writing at the address shown below before midnight on the 14/03/2027 (or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk). 

Please note: your objection may be made available for inspection by other interested parties. The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. 

This document is available in Welsh / Mae’r ddogfen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg. Please note: your objection may be made available for inspection by other interested parties as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Full details of the proposals are also available at www.cardiff. gov.uk/trafficorders.

A copy of the Order, a plan showing the affected areas and Deposited Documents (pursuant to Schedule 2 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996) are available for inspection on the Council’s website. 

You may also inspect copies at the address shown below by prior appointment or obtain copies by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or that any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 14/09/2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Llandetty Road, Fairwater:
On both sides from its junction with St Fagans Road, for a distance of 10 metres south.

St Fagans Road, Llandaff:
On its south side from its junction with Llandetty Road, for a distance of 10 metres west. 

On its south side from its junction with Llandetty Road, for a distance of 17 metres east.

Heol Dennant, Fairwater:
On both sides from its junction with Doyle Avenue, for a distance of 9 metres north west. 

On its north east side from its junction with Perrots Close, for a distance of 8 metres south east.

On its north east side from its junction with Perrots Close, for a distance of 8 metres north west.

Doyle Avenue, Fairwater:
On it north west side from its junction with Heol Dennant, for a distance of 10 metres north east.

On it north west side from its junction with Heol Dennant, for a distance of 10 metres south west.

Perrots Close, Fairwater:
On both sides from its junction with Heol Dennant, for a distance of 8 metres north east.
