Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili yn bwriadu gwaredu tir sy'n ffurfio rhan o fan agored cyhoeddus a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod.
Ar hyn o bryd, delir y tir dan sylw at ddibenion adloniant cyhoeddus ac fel hystyrir yn fan agored cyhoeddus o dan y diffiniad a ddarperir yn Neddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 a Deddf Mannau Agored 1906.
Yn unol ag adran 123(2A) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972, hysbysir drwy hyn fod y Cyngor yn bwriadu gwaredu'r tir hwnnw.
Rhaid gwneud unrhyw wrthwynebiadau i'r gwaredu arfaethedig yn ysgrifenedig i: Mr Robert Tranter, Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol a Swyddog Monitro, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, T9 Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach CF82 7PG.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
Local Government Act 1972, Section 123(2A)
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council intends to dispose of land forming part of public open space detailed in the Schedule below.
The land in question is currently held for the purpose of public recreation and is considered to be public open space under the definition provided in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Open Spaces Act 1906.
In accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to dispose of the said land.
Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Mr Robert Tranter, Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer, Caerphilly County Borough Council, Ty Penallta, Tredomen Business Park, Ystrad Mynach, CF82 7PG.
Objections must be received no later than 6th October 2026.
This notice is published for two consecutive weeks in accordance with statutory requirements.

Proposed Use of the Land
A long-term community asset lease to a well-established, community-focused sports club to deliver rugby facilities as well as operate social amenities for members and the wider community.
