What is happening?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

The Council has made the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Public Right of Way (PROW) Footpath 50, Ironbridge (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, due to safety. The order becomes operational from the 12/2/26. The following PROW footpath is affected: PROW Footpath 50, Ironbridge from a point approx. 50m south easterly from its jcn with PROW 49 for approx. 53m in a north easterly direction The original duration was 6 months with an end date 12/8/26. The closure has been extended and are now expected to be completed by the 31/12/26.
Alternative routes will be signed on site.
