Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in BISHOPSTEIGNTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Fore Street, Murley Crescent, Shute Hill, Teign View Road & West Street; DAWLISH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Barton Crescent & Barton Villas; EXMINSTER: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Milbury Farm Meadow; KENTON: Revocation of No Waiting 9am-6pm on a specified length of The Triangle; KINGSTEIGNTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Furze Cap, Road from Gallows Cross to New Cross & Strap Lane; NEWTON ABBOT: No Waiting Ay Any Time on specified lengths of Aller Brake Road, Broadlands Avenue, College Road, Kiln Orchard, St Lukes Road & Teign Road; TEIGNGRACE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Road from Teignbridge Gate to Gallows Cross.
Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles.

Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/ alwrp to arrive by 1 October 2026. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered.
