Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 16(A) - Berkhamsted Avenue (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
The Council of THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT hereby give notice that, to facilitate a play street event in Berkhamsted Avenue, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Berkhamsted Avenue, which lies between the north-eastern kerb line of Gaddesden Avenue and the south-western kerb line of Nettleden Avenue, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibition would apply from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on 20th September 2026.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Berkhamsted Avenue would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the event and it does not compromise the safety of any of the participants.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibition referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
