Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) - (As Amended) - Kingsmead Avenue (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2026*
The Council of THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT hereby give notice that, to facilitate electrical works and associated works in Kingsmead Avenue, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Kingsmead Avenue, which lies between a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 72 and 74 Kingsmead Avenue and a point opposite the party wall of Nos. 80 and 82 Kingsmead Avenue, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred to above would apply from 11th September 2026 to 21st January 2027 or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Kingsmead Avenue would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
