Brent - Temporary Road Closure Due To Water Mains Repair Works

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 -Section 14(1) (As Amended) Norval Road And The Fairway (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2026

The Council of THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT hereby give notice that, to facilitate water mains repairs and associated works in Norval Road and The Fairway, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of:-
(a) Norval Road, which lies between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 105 and 107 Norval Road and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 131 and 133 Norval Road; and
(b) The Fairway, which lies between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 123 and 125 The Fairway and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 131 and 133 The Fairway.

When and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above will apply between 7th September 2026 and 9th September 2026 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Norval Road and The Fairway will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works. Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
