What is happening?

THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF 
WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
 (MANOR LANE (PART) , MAIDENHEAD) 
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) 
ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Manor Lane from its junction with Harvest Hill Road south westwards for a distance of 40 metres.

The diversion route will be via Manor Lane, Shoppenhangers Road and Harvest Hill Road.

The purpose of the Order is to facilitate new ducting for streetlight connections, and as a result there will be the likelihood of danger to the public. 

The Order shall be in operation from 00:01 hours on Wednesday 9 September until 23:59 hours on Friday 11 September 2026. Vehicles will be prohibited when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
